Rest in Dyyda, great food and sincere welcome

Once you decide to spend a holiday in Carpathian mountains or in Zakarpattia you will be pleasantly surprised not only by excellent service, according to the price and quality, but also you will surely like an amazing atmosphere of a local restaurant, compassion and kindness, and of course very tasty wine and cheese what has always been famous for this region.

Zakarpattia can be reached fairly easily. You can go to Mukachevo, 35km from there located the next small city named Beregove and than up to 7.5 km Dyyda.
Dyyda is a small ukrainian village situated at the state boarder with Hungary.

Just because it is very close to the mountains in Zakarpattia you will feel completely different atmosphere and a different air filled with the smell of wildflowers.

Lifestyle and culture of the local inhabitants is also quite interesting, as Zakarpattia border with Romania and Hungary, so people here do not communicate only in Russian and Ukrainian language, but also in Romanian (the area of the village Solotvino) and Hungarian (area of Beregove). Accordingly, here you can feel yourself as if you travel in another country, as well as culture, customs and traditional cuisine of the local inhabitants absorbed all the best traditions of this multinational land.

A small comely village Dyyda is really famous for it’s thermal pretty deep lake. Water in this lake has healing properties and nature around pleases the heart and soul. You can spend a wonderful time with the whole family in the territory of the lake, because here also there is a modern beach, where you can rent a beach chair, a catamaran or even redeem a sector with a separate sitting area, barbecue and parking lot.

UAH, depending on the location, but in this small area you may have a really wonderful relax or you can celebrate any event with a good beer and roast meat. If you prefer a longer holiday you can offer housing in the villagers. The village is a quite large with population of more than 2000 people so there can be a lot of propositions and a good service.




Also there is no problems with a delicious food. During ripening of fruits and vegetables from early spring to late autumn Zakarpattia supplies all of Western Ukraine with their vitamins. You will be pleasantly surprised by the abundance of homecooked food in a local cafes and restaurants in the village center.

National cuisine in Dyyda really has big portions, quality products and low prices. And of course, it’s impossible to forget about a good service and nice
waiters in any cafe. Sometimes you do not understand Romanian language, but the language of gestures and their smiles always brings positive and warm feelings.

And finally if you want to compare a holidays in Zakarpattia with other, so it’s no worse than any of the Black Sea, because instead of salty sea water you can be dipped in pure thermal water and you can feel a real mountain air. Some exotic makes a Hungarian language in which communicate inhabitants, as well as an abundance of wines and very tasty traditional cuisine.

The rest in Beregove - Dyyda is also much cheaper than the holidays on the sea. Here you can rent a room with all the amenities or the whole house, and all this for a very decent
