Rent three-story mini-hotel with 10 rooms. The hotel is located in the center of Berehovo, distance to the thermal swimming pool "Skylark" 200 meters, fenced (restricted area), parking, recreation area (BBQ, swing), close to the shops and bars, location in 10 minutes from the center. In total, the hotel can accommodate 30 guests.
On the ground floor there is:
- Mini-dining room (photos 3-5), a kitchen with a full set of utensils for cooking (photos 1-2) in which you can prepare yourself, or you can order a food (approximately: Breakfast - 40 UAH .; lunch - 70 UAH .; dinner - 70 UAH.), bathroom (toilet and shower) (photo 11), refrigerators.
- 1st room - Picture (6-10) for three beds (2 + 1), double bed and a bed, bathroom. Price - 350 UAH
On the second floor there is:
2-th room - photo (15-17) for three beds (2 + 1), double bed and a bed, exit to the balcony. Price - 300UAH.
3-th room - photo (18-21) for three beds (2 + 1), double bed and a bed, exit to the balcony. Price - 300UAH.
4-th room - photo (22-24) for three beds (2 + 1), double bed and a bed. Price - 300UAH.
5-th room - photo (25-27) for three beds (2 + 1), double bed and a bed. Price - 300UAH.
Toilet + shower room with toilet (photos 28-29) for general use.
On the third floor there is:
6-th room - photo (30-32) for four beds (2 + 1 + 1), double bed and two beds. Price - 350UAH.
7-th room - photo (35-37) for three beds (2 + 1), double bed and a bed. Price - 300UAH.
8-th room - photo (38-40) for three beds (2 + 1), double bed and a bed. Price - 300UAH.
9-th room - photo (41-43) for two beds, a double bed in the room. Price - 300UAH.
10-th room - photo (44-46) for three beds (2 + 1), double bed and a bed. Price - 300UAH.

In each room there is air conditioner, split system, plasma TV, internet, individual heating. There is a possibility of renting the entire house and the complex - price: 3000UAH/day. Minimum stay 3 days. For reservations from 3 to 5 days deposit in advance – price for the first two nights. For reservation from 5 days deposit in advance - price for the three nights. This mini-hotel can be sold - the price is negotiated. It is also a possibility of the organization of excursions to the castles in the area and wine cellar (more info on the spot). The price of property is discussed, depending on the season and holidays.
