Arrival

We prefer to meet our guests near the house in which the aparment of daily rent is located . We also can meet you at a prearranged time and place. In case of changing your arrival time ,please, warn us as soon as possible. Transportation can be arranged if required (an approximate cost is 50-80 UH).

Occupancy

Time of occupancy of a daily rented apartment is - 12.00 p.m. Occupying the apartment requires identification such as a passport(a renter must be over 18 years old), verifying the condition of an apartment and paying cash for the whole term of staying. If you leave before eventual and pre-paid term you will be reimbursed 50 % for the unused days in an apartment.

Can it happen that the apartment I have booked will be occupied by another person?

If you paid a deposit you are guaranteed to occupy the apartment which you have chosen. In the case of force-majeure circumstances (not depending on us) you will be offered the apartment of the same level and price or better one.

After occupying an apartment you are obligated:

- to keep quiet in the apartment after 10 p.m.;
- not to make dirty an entrance and the territory adjoining to the house;
- not to disturb neighbours;
- be careful with the stuff and the interior of an apartment;
- not to move furniture;
- not to keep and not to use explosive and inflammable objects;
- to keep the rules of exploitation of electrical and gas devices and fire-prevention safety;
- not to organize noisy parties in an apartment;
- to accomplish no actions that are against the current legislation of Ukraine.

Departure

Time of living- - 12.00 p.m.. On a concordance with us (by a manager) You can prolong time of renting the apartment after 12.00 (for an additional pay) coordinating this with us(a manager). The presence of our representative is necessary at the moment you are leaving the apartment. His duty is to check up the condition of the apartment , accept the keys, and if it is necessary ,he will provide you with documents which confirm the service done to you ( you must warn about it in advance).
